About Cynthia

Hi, my name is Cynthia A. Tobar, and I was born in Kingsville, Tx., but raised 5 minutes away in Bishop, Texas. I am a mother, a grandmother, a sister, a friend and a Great Seasoned Real Estate Agent, who loves to lend a helping hand in the purchase, investment, or sale of Real Estate. I bring 40 years of Real Estate knowledge, territorial experience, trend updates, financial options to include grants, marketing benefits, technology and market awareness, education, knowledge about active growth permits and implementations scheduled within our local communities to the table. 

 

I begin selling VA and HUD foreclosures, then managing portfolios for investors, to selling commercial properties to include hotels, apartment complexes, buildings, warehouses, land, residential homes, condos, and today my Specialty is New Construction. While I represent several builders in the area each builder maintains a style and price range therefore allowing the buyers to fit into one of my builder’s categories without competition. I also have custom builders readily available when an opportunity presents itself. 

 

I have experienced lots of real estate changes in the past 40 plus years and even though I cannot say I have seen it all, it has been a journey of continuing education. I believe in education and strive to learn all I can every chance I can. I have earned several designations such as MRP, Military Relocation Professional, E-Pro- A master of advanced digital marketing techniques, TSAH-Texas Affordable Housing Specialist-equips real Estate Agents with the knowledge of the workforce housing programs and alternatives. RSPS- The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist-this certification is for real estate agents who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement or second homes in resort, recreational and or vacation destinations. I am a premier agent with Veterans United and Zillow and have earned continuous awards with RE/MAX such as Executive, 100%, Platinum, Top 500, Top 100, Hall of Fame, Top in Sales, Top in Commissions, Top in Listings I am knowledgeable about providing information about the real estate industry and enjoy serving as a Board of Director with the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS®. I also enjoy participating as a chair for the Foundation and Communities Outreach Committee where we assist in raising funds to provide children each school year with a new pair of shoes. This year we provided shoes to 1,000 kids, in Kingsville, Bishop, Alice, Portland and Corpus Christi, Tx. I also serve on the board of directors with the Pink Connection where we assist local women diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and I serve on the Kleberg Engagement Committee where our fundraising efforts allow us to supply monetary assistance to local organizations and First Annual Turkey Giveaway to residents of Kingsville.

 

Pre-covid an opportunity to own a RE/MAX franchise presented itself. A decision to purchase the franchise was made and RE/MAX Quail Country was established while we officed at the Kleberg Bank Building.
